16 page brochure design

I wish to create a 16 page lead magnet brochure that can be printed as well as sent electronically.
The 16 pages, include the cover is for my health and business coaching business.

The text is deliberately quite light, with the intention of communicating understanding of the emotion associated with the content topic and will need some design work, sourcing of images and enough know-how to create sufficient relatable emotion to connect with the reader and direct them to a call to action.

I have a logo and some basic ideas for design, but am keen to understand colours/fonts used as part of the process so that we can start to develop basic brand guidelines on the back of it.

My thoughts is that the design should be directed towards professional business-owner men (though should of course be inclusive) and i'd like geometric designs to feature as part of the imagery (I'll explain more if the offer is accepted)

I have been let down already with this project and I am keen to get it sorted with a degree of brevity. It is already about a month behind schedule. However, the job will go to the person who can show me that they can think out of the box a bit in terms of booklet design without charging the world.

I am happy to pay by fixed price or per hour, but have given a fixed price for the advert to give an idea of budget.
