1 page digital (PDF/HTML) sales sheet design and layout

I need a sales sheet designed that can be emailed to prospective customers in reply to sales enquiries. The sales sheet should be one page and should closely mirror the look and feel of our website (which is currently in closed beta so I can't post a link here, sorry). The website is a brochure site for iOS and Android apps for smartphones and tablets. It has been designed with a web 2.0 feel, with large icons, simple layout, larger text layouts and well spaced out pages
