    1. Do you already have a logo and brand colors you’d like used in the design?

    2. Will you be supplying the images, or should stock imagery/placeholders be used temporarily?

    3. What size/layout do you prefer for the final brief (A4 portrait, landscape, social-friendly, etc.)?

    4. Is the design intended more for investors, customers, landlords, or general marketing use?

    5. Do you have any example styles or reference designs you like?
