1 or 2 page A4 PDF flyer to show off the App we our developing

Hi we are a charity and we are developing digital tools to help young people affected by mental illness. We would like a 2-page PDf with embedded links to show case what we are developing.

Attached is some copy but if you can help improve it that would be great. The first step is a 2 - page PDF with links in it for the user to click through to what we have developed. We might then also do a short ppt you could style.
