Make existing report look more professional

I've created a summary report that I want to present to important people.
Right now it's got too many fonts and colours I think. Its not good enough.

I've pasted in a lot of illustrations from a powerpoint. Perhaps the headlines in those illustrations need to match the same fonts - so I could change those if you said "use this font and these colours".
Please could you help me re-style the report (and probably help with the powerpoint styles too).

Its all in Word or Powerpoint and would be good to keep it in Word so that I can edit it further,
