We need an experienced sports wear and casual wear designer.

We are looking for freelancers experienced in designing activewear and casual wear to develop designs from his/her own experience. We are a company based in India who deals in fitness wearables and now expanding our product line into fitness and gym wear clothing too. Since we are new into this business so we would want complete assistance in the term of apparel designing, graphic designing tech pack etc..

You will need to be dedicated, driven, creative, open-minded, engaging, proactive and make adjustments to the designs until they meet the requirements. If your work fits in with my company's brand proposition there will be opportunities to become the full-time Creative Director of the business. Please ensure you provide a portfolio of previous relevant work and indicate where applicable experience in research, developing mood boards, drawing sketches, designs, using CAD, etc.

Assistance needed in:

1. Fabric guidance for fitness wear and casual wear too, for example which fabric would be better to use for sweat wicking and quick dry, placement of mesh etc.

2. Colour combination and colour selection for apparel as well as for graphic.

3. GSM assistance for quality control.
