T-Shirt Design for School Sports Fans Using Existing Logo

We are looking for to design a t-shirt very similar to the attached image but enhancing it with graphic design expertise to make it more polished and wow.

--The t-shirt will be royal blue
--The colors on the t-shirt should be royal blue, white and yellow (primary school colors are blue and yellow)
--The shirt will mostly be worn by high school student but also by some adults and younger students
--Please use the attached design and make it better through changes in font, highlighting, spacing or maybe the line next to the circular image--the attached was done using an online tool rather than someone with graphic design skills.
--We will send a file with the circular image when the job is accepted.
