Pattern making

I seek an experienced pattern maker to digitize various sewing and garment patterns from physical to digital format. The patterns vary in complexity and some will need to be converted to CAD vector formats like DXF or RUL in addition to standard image files.

The primary deliverables include high resolution A0 sized digital pattern pieces suitable for industrial cutting machines as well as scaled down A4 prints for home use. Some of the original physical patterns were hand drawn and may require careful tracing and vectorization to transform the designs while maintaining precise sizing and seam allowances. Other patterns come as loose technical drawings that will need organized and compiled and potentially amended if pieces are missing or unclear.

Given the varied nature and size of the source materials, the successful bidder will demonstrate deft skills in technical illustration, pattern drafting and a mastery of CAD software suited to the tasks described.
