Pattern and dressmaker needed for small custom clothing brand

Hi, I hope all is well.

I have a small yet steadily growing clothing brand specialising in custom-fit clothing, using a made-to-order business model. We are in need of a seamstress with several years of cut-and-sew experience, to create patterns and sew high quality products with clean finishes that are ready to be fitted directly onto the customer. Including dresses, corsets, tops, trousers, and coats, and fabrics including silk, leather and jersey. I would love to work with someone on this, who has the capacity for about 5 orders per month and is able to effectively communicate the progress of each order with me on a regular basis.
