Niche Clothing Brand Launch - from design to production

I am in the early stages of starting a niche women's clothing brand. I am looking for someone to provide guidance on fashion start-ups and to help get me from creating initial designs, tech packs etc (using photographs of clothing items) to production and all the many steps in between! Ultimately, someone with industry expertise to work alongside me on a project basis until launch. Looking to launch Spring/Summer 2019 potentially Autumn.

Fixed Price or Per Hour.
