I need a UK based seamstress to assist with replacing a faulty elastic headband in 163 cotton towelled hair caps. There is an elastic band stitched into the edge of the cap however this needs to be removed and replaced leaving a neat finish.

Please can you provide an estimate for this work (total hours required & cost per hour or cost per item).
