We are looking for surface pattern designers who can search ready to use patterns available in the stock sites(paid ones) based on trends and convert them into a repeat pattern in appropriate scale and place them on walls mockups in order to present them beautifully to customers doing online shopping.
Note - No pattern need to be made, we only use ready to use patterns

Project Brief:
Phase 1 - Sample test project
Tasks
1. Finding source file of reference link mentioned in resource section below from Shutterstock and using it to create repeat pattern for wallpaper.
2. Choosing 4 mockups from shortlisted collection of mockups(Link would be provided).
3. Creating a repeat pattern in appropriate scale for wallpaper application(mention what scale you decided for this design) and placing it on mockups.
Note
1. Two mockups from jpeg file collection need to be converted from jpeg into psd.
2. Rest two mockups can be selected from psd file collection.

Objective
1. Designs presented by you in mockups need to be better than your competitor existing design
2. Buyer should clearly see the details of elements, colors
3. Buyer should get a clear Idea that how this wallpaper would look like in their room spaces.

4. Ultimately, buyer should make purchase of our product.
Timeline of phase 1 – 2 to 3 days
Budget – Paid $20-$30/ free as per mutual decision
Phase 2 - Trend report
In phase – 2 of the project, you have to see what trends are going on in 2021 in Wallpaper Industry, your report should mention
1. Popular subjects of design patterns in market.
2. Suggestion on Popular elements in a particular subject and recommendation no of designs to be kept for each segment.
3. What are the best selling product mockups that actually support to convert a visitor into a customer – few images and a description mentioning what preference should be kept in mind while choosing mockups
This report would be based on following parameters
1. What kind of wallpapers customers(customer reviews) are buying on Etsy?
2. What are competition best sellers?
3. What do WGSN report says?
4. What popular surface pattern designers are recommending on their blogs?
5. Trends in wallpaper industry?
6. Color trends as per Pantone 2021?
7. And others (based on your preferences)

Timeline of phase 2 – 3 to 5 days
Budget – $100 (fixed pay)

Phase 3 - Implementation of project with 50 design patterns
Based on trend report, it would be evaluated that how many designs under which segments to be launched for stores and accordingly initiating project phase 3
Tasks
1. Searching design patterns which are ready to use from Shutterstock or other popular sites based on trend report(We will buy them)
2. Getting design patterns approved
3. Selecting mockups from existing collection and find more mockups if needed based on patterns(all mockups would be purchased by us)
4. Converting selected 50 to 60 mockups from jpeg to psd’s file (along with this you would be provide 150 - 200+ psd mockup files for your screening and usage)
5. Deciding pattern scale & creating a seamless pattern - Here you have to decide what width of the pattern(pattern scale) should be kept which makes design look clear, aesthetically beautiful and make sure that buyers want to buy them. Since most of the patterns are repeated in between 24" to 60 ", it will be your call what width (pattern scale) would be ideal for a wallpaper and accordingly you will create a seamless pattern
6. Placing patterns on the mockup - Doing tweaks based on pattern color combination related to brightness, sharpness, softness, vibrancy and so on to make your wallpaper more harmonious with the entire setup/ furniture/ environment in mockup.
You may have to adjust colors and lights of setups and wallpaper but you have to consider that your wallpaper print should match your mockups which you had already done in your sample mockup test.
7. Approvals -You will share files for approvals, In order to make it easy you can start with taking approvals of design patterns with two mockups and once they are approved then you can create rest 3 mockups for each pattern.
Requirement
1. No of design patterns - 50
2. No of mockups(Interiors) for each design pattern - 5
3. No of mockups for 50 designs - 250 mockups
Timeline – 10 to 14 days
Budget – $500 to $750 (fixed pay)
