Looking for someone to create a design for running t-shirt

This project is for an insurance company. We are looking for someone who can help us create a graphic design for t-shirts we are making for an upcoming running competition. Our company is splitting into two teams and the first team to collectively run a certain # of KM wins.. We want something that is inclusive of both teams, but still highlights which team the component is on. We will provide you with the PNG of the company's logo and the general idea of what we want the t-shirts to include. We're looking for a design that will feel inclusive of all of our employees, as our company is international.
