Looking for a sewing pattern maker and seamstress professional

We are a small motivated team working on a islamic fairtrade fashion label and we are planning to start with our first autumn/winter collection this september. We are focusing mainly on modest and simple fashion many made with organic cotton and hand woven fabrics.
The first collection will include three to four blouse/tunics, two to three midi dresses, pants, skirts and some additional accessories. For this job we are looking for a professional and highly motivated sewing pattern maker and seamstress professional who can transform our tech pack designs into sewing patterns and sew our first samples.
We have about 10 to 15 designs to been done, coming out over the next three four weeks. Would be great if we could find someone who can do this two jobs together. But alternatively we could split this job also in two parts, patternmaker and seamstress work.
As time runs quickly, we need for someone who can start immediately and has enough time to invest in this job. Please make for us price offer based on attached first tech pack.
