Looking for a pattern cutter/maker

I’m looking for someone to help me with creating a pattern for my children’s wear designs.
I have my tech packs ready but I’m missing the most crucial design spec - the measurements.

So I’ve got my designs, the points of measure Indicators are there but the measurements aren’t. I basically need to create a pattern for At least one size (the sample size) to send off to the manufacturers to get some quotes on costs.

I’m new to this, so I’m still learning day by day lol. I hope what I’m asking makes sense. Please let me know if this is something you can help with and roughly how long it takes and how much it costs please.

Also, please let me know if you have created patterns for children’s wear before, if you have any previous work you can show me that would be amazing ! No worries if not. I’d just like to have someone confident working on children’s wear.

I have 4 designs, 3 rompers and 1 coord. Looking to make the sample size for a 1 year old. My sizes are from 6m to 3y
