Look for clothing designer to bring it together

We are a children's clothing company. I am looking for a designer with the following skills:

1. Someone who has fashion portfolio that they can share
2. Preferable if the portfolio has children's clothes
3. Good with Illustrator and Photoshop
4. Someone who understands pantone colors and color principles

What you will be working on:
- I am putting the collection together in draft format. I am looking for someone to bring it all together in either photoshop or illustrator. I will provide Jpeg copies of hand drawn designs and specific instructions. I will also provide prints and color direction. Finally, I will share trend reports and our past collections that has images of bodies that will be used for this collection. So, overall, it is not a high-level creative job but at the time you can apply all you know into this project.
