Logo and Illustrations Fine art and Cartoon style

Design details: I'm looking for a number of different graphic/illustrative products all based around Parrots (and particularly Macaws/Ara).
I need:

a) A logo for my domain Big Blue Macaw (based on a Hyacinth Macaw) which needs to work on a range of media and which ideally would be something I could get embroidered onto clothing and look cool/classy
b) I need a cheeky/fun but quite realistic 'head' illustration of a Hyacinth Macaw's head which could be printed on a cap you wear on your head for instance
c) I need a couple of fine art very realistic illustrations of a Hyacinth Macaw perhaps on its back and one of a pair of Hyacinths preening each other (for print onto a sweat shirt/T shirt

and if this is successful then there will be a range of other Parrots and illustrations I will want to commission. Initial runs are speculative so costs need to be kept down, quality of illustration is crucial but a) is probably a Vector Graphic, b) may be a Vector Graphic and c) will be full colour illustrations.

I do not see one artist being able to combine all these requirements but am happy to be persuaded either way as long as the workmanship is good.
