In need of a serious & professional seamstress

I need a professional seamstress that can do the following job job: i need to have 15 bags lined and padded with Ankara satin/silk fabric.
I will be providing the bags and the fabric so the instructions is you will need to stitch the fabrics together, all around the sides .

I'll attach the bags and the sample (which will be sent along with the bags for reference and guidance).
Please note in terms of material to use on them use black thread.
