I need someone to design baby clothing

Messages to communicate through the design: I need someone who can design x3 Baby Grows, one for a boy, one for a girl and one neutral; I have attached an image of the type of design that we would like. I need someone that would be able to do the designs to perfect spec and for the dimensions to be exact as we would be taking it straight to a manufacturer to be produced.

The baby grows are thermomic (colour changing) so all designs will need to be relatively simple. one of the must haves are that we would like to have the collar that is shown on the baby grow below; otherwise we are open to options/designs.
