I need a fash designer/business partner to create a childrens clothing line together

I am looking for a fashion designer, who is specialised in children's clothing design only or someone who has already launched their own shop.
I am looking for someone based in UK and despite the aim of this website I want to find a person who wants to get in a partnership with me and create a unique and magical collection for little babies and toddlers, not someone to hire. I believe I have a great idea which can be a huge success. I need a person who has fashion background, drawing illustration skills, years of experience in fashion as the product has to be design and made, knows manufacturers, and the whole process from designing to making .
I am a mother of a 6 years old girl and I have found very difficult throughout the years to find clothes that will be designed for children, not for parents to buy or to like, with meaningless design, but something that will be made with love, minding what the children like and what would they enjoy to wear. Currently I work with children, this is not my dream job but , I do think it is a huge advantage for me in terms of this project and the fashion has always been my thing, studying fashion but struggling with drawing all the ideas had stop me from continuing but gave me the ideas to maybe start something I will be proud of.

I believe that great ideas are the keys to a successful clothing line, but yes it does take more than 1 person to create something wonderful, that's why I am so keen to find that person and not just pay someone to do a few sketches for me as that's not what I am looking for.
this is not a mass product which I can find in any high street store. I want this collection to have meaning, purpose and be designed for children, inspired by children.
