I need a designer for a women's workwear collection of 9 pieces

I am looking to launch a new fashion business in women's workwear. I would love a fashion designer with a creative eye and experience to help design my first fashion collection of 9 pieces. The main theme is women's suits (dresses/blazer/trousers) that are non-conventional and slightly avand-garde but still suitable to wear to work. The target customer is 20-40 year old women who works in a high powered corporate career (i.e. office/court/firm) that is fashion conscious and wants to stand out from her peers.
