Hiring specialist for help with vector print and etc.

Hello,

I am looking for someone who can help assist with a couple of things

1. help with vector files. my clothing manufacturer only uses vector files for printing my patterns on the clothing. so I am looking for help creating vector files with the print design. I have print theme ideas however help creating them to fruition would be greatly appreciated!

2. Help create a website. I am a salesforce admin however I am not good with creating a website that is actually attractive. so help creating a website that connects shopify/shop account.

3. help with creating a brand logo. This logo will go on the website and will go on the side back of the clothing.

The push for these items for us as a small business is because we have only sold at craft shows and looking to bring it online to generate more sales. Looking to hire someone for each item listed above however if you're able to do all three happy to hire you hourly for all 3. I am looking to create a partnership with the person who I do bring on as vector file designer because I would like to rehire you for future print designs. I would ask before move forward that we do meet over zoom to confirm it is a good fit. I'm not sure how much these positions pay, however I am open on pricing so I can ensure great talent.
