"High End" Retoucher - Proficient in Fashion and Beauty

I'm after a highly experienced retoucher who is confident and proficient in their high end beauty/fashion/editorial experience. I myself am a retoucher, photographer, filmmaker and business manager; with several flourishing business ventures recently, I am somewhat backlogged with personal work (all images for retouch are personal, non-commercial.

I am fundamentally looking to build a very good, ongoing relationship with someone who can offer my exceptional standards of work that justify me paying 'another' retoucher to work my material.

I am looking for someone with a very strong portfolio - please provide me with website link at the start of your response.

My 'tricky' requirement, as not many will be happy to do this:

I am looking for someone happy to provide me layered PSD files (NOTE - NOT for tweaking or changing, otherwise I would not be looking to hire you in the first place) - just for myself personally, and nothing more. No hidden agenda.

I would potentially be looking to continue with ongoing work.

Initial 'top' priority would be 10 images, so I would be delighted to agree on a bulk price if possible. Please mention any bulk offers/discounts you are happy to offer.

I have the images in hi-res ready to send to anyone who responds who I feel I would be happy to discuss with further; I am not going to be posting this link or sample images for everyone to view for several reasons.

I understand that your quote will vary depending on the images, once you are able to view the work in question, however, I would appreciate a ball-park estimate that you would generally work towards (please note my images are high quality, skin work minimal, hair requires slightly more attention), no composites etc.. over all, striking and beautiful images.
