Custom Dress Design for 21st Birthday Party

I am looking for a creative fashion designer to design a custom dress design for my 21st birthday party. The theme is Camp (inspired by the 2019 Met Gala), so I would love something flamboyant, glamorous, and colourful. The event is black-tie (drinks, dinner, & dancing).

Requirements:
- Ability to create original, imaginative dress designs
- Experience with formal/event fashion or costume design is a plus
- Ability to provide sketches or digital illustrations of the design
- Open to collaboration on details like silhouette, materials, and embellishments
- Final design must be clear, detailed, and precise enough to be given to a dressmaker for construction

Please note: This commission is only for the design, not for making the dress.
