Custom Bandana design from example image

Hello thank you for looking at my project.

I need someone to use the reference image to recreate the background pattern on the bandanna and remove the jaigermeister logos from inside the black circles and replace them with 3-4 customized white on black images which I will provide references for as well. Reference bandanna is roughly 28cm x 28cm with the design being roughly 25cm x 25cm centered.
