Costume research and design for short film

This short film takes place in 2000/2001 time period (pre-9/11) in the US and focuses on four 14-year olds. Some storyboards (done by another excellent PPH artist) are attached. Looking for someone to read the script (32 pages), understand the main characters, and design 3-4 looks for each character along with a general recommendation for color schemes. This will require some research on the time period, even though it is recent.
