I need an creative individual to create 19 characters, they are 19 expressions of emotions eg happy, embarrased ect...
Their personality needs to reflect that, i have enclosed some samples of what i want similar.

They need to be cute with stumpy body and big head and big eyes.
A mixture of monsters ans animals. may included props and clothing.

When completed then i need a story board done which would be another $50

The story board will be like a comic scence without text, its the charaters in different scenios.
