Celtic sun face design coloured & converted to vector

i already have an image which is a photo shop brush, in the form of an ABR file, i'm not too knowledgeable about graphic design but what i want is 2 colours in this design that i have, then that made into print ready vector artwork, this will be pretty easy stuff for a professional, but this is a design i want printed for about a hundred t's so it needs to be spot on. I wouldn't expect it would take you more than an hour but i am looking for a designer i can work with occasionally & i like the look of what you can do. i look forward to hearing from you
