Design details: Project Outline
• To design and build a HTML email which includes links to content (The Changing Face of the SME Workforce infographic)
Requirements
• To amend infographic based on suggested amends below (infographic attached)
• Create an easy to read HTML email with buttons that click through to content (infographic) and links to the registration page/form

o See example HTML attached – recommend that the design includes a section which pulls out a preview of the infographic or a couple of key stats in a bubble (suggest: “62% of SMEs work with more freelancers than in-house staff”)
• Copy for the body of the HTML will be provided
Existing assets
• The Changing Face of the SME Workforce infographic
o Suggested amends:
Amend “SME’s” to “SMEs” in all instances
Realign 37% stat (currently it sits slightly left compared to the other stats)
Amend copy to: “Employers are able to access around 50 different skills from freelancers. In-house teams deliver 5-10 skills only”
Technical information & deliverables
• HTML should include pre-header text
• Suggested width for emails is 600px
• Email should be responsive in order to render correctly on mobile and smaller devices
• Email should be fully render tested before delivery
• Really B2B to be supplied with:
o HTML version of the email as a .html file
o Text version of the email as a .txt notepad file
o HTML5 format
o All hosted images with relevant alt text
o Pre-populated links
o Unsubscribe link Unsubscribe
o A view-in-browser link should be included in the email using View in browser
