Wind Break

I'm looking for someone to create a series of cartoons based upon family members to print on a wind break. I had a similar one produced about 10 years ago and its in desperate need of updating as kids have grown and some members aren't in the family circle any longer .....oh and we're all 10 years older !
The characters need to be in a Beano/Dandy style and I will supply reference photo's for people. The images don't need to be exact just similar and I'll supply a narrative for people to give a personality reference.
