Re-draw of a character

He is a mascot for our company.
I want the same color shirt and pants.
he needs to have the same look however a little more refined but still a cartoon look.
He also needs to have a set of car keys in his hand like he already does but it needs to look a little more refined.
he needs to look a little drunk.
More proportionate but still with the yellow beard and beret with the Canadian flag on it.
So very similar just a refined look and more proportionate.
If it turns out well I may need him drawn in several positions.
