Professional cartoon image for a 40th Birthday cake

Design details: It looks like my cartoonist might be letting me down. I'm organising a surprise 40th birthday for my boyfriend.
He is a comic book fan and i wanted a comic/cartoonist design for his cake.
The cake is A3 size so the image would need to be supplied as 2 x A4 jpegs in colour so the cake company can piece the print together to make the A3 sized image.
I can provide you with a photo of him and i'm thinking either his head on top of the Superman image or having his head on the body of a shaolin monk or bruce lee's body punch a big cartoon 40?
Only thing is the party is this saturday 19 July, so i need to the image ASAP.. can you help?
