Portrait caricatures for new employees

I'm in need of an experienced designer / illustrator that can supply caricature style portraits of our company's team members, based on an employee-supplied photo. We work for the in-house digital marketing agency of one the UK's largest life insurance brokers and part of the agency's branding is an emphasis on films, computer games and graphic novels.

For every new team member we employ, part of their welcome package is a caricature that is then applied to varous assets such as a "top trumps" card, desktop background, mouse pad, coffee mug etc. Some examples are attached - we would be looking for a similar style, with an emphasis on humour and positive body image, i.e not to emphasise any particular features that may make the employee self conscious.

Ideally we would be able to gather feedback from the employee on initial drawings and make sure they are happy before we get the final illustration delivered to us.

These were previously done by agency employee who has since left the business. Since then we have built up a backlog of new starters who have joined that we need caricatures for and the fixed price below would be per portrait. We would also look to maintain an ongoing relationship to deliver these as and when they are required.
