Porsche roy lichtenstein style

"I would like to have this vector drawing transformed into the style of a Roy Lichtenstein artwork (as shown in the examples attached). The artwork should measure 1m by 3m. I would like the Porsche to be colored in red or orange with white or black dots of 9mm. The rest of the drawing should be in blue with black dots of 9mm. The dots should have a diameter of 9mm, and where the windows of the Porsche are, they should be blue with black dots of 17mm. The rims can be gray with white dots of 9mm. The black lines of the Porsche can also be thicker. I would like the final result in jpeg and png formats."
