Political satire - cartoon

We are seeking a professional who is experienced and talented in creation of cartoonised/cartoon characters. These would be based on real people and combination of various animals.
Further, some of the characters will be placed in specific situations (one situation is one page/picture). These are to be printed on T-shirts or other merchandise items.
This is a political satire. Hence the characters need to have kind of charisma that would highlight their vicious character and also situations need be presented mockingly. If you are able to capture this then you are the person we are looking for.
