Pencil Sketches in Cartoon Style but not Caricatures

We are creating an ad campaign that requires cartoon sketches of our outside reps. We are not looking for caricatures. The face and body of each rep must be identifiable, endearing, cartoon sketches.

We want the characters in the sketches to be a person our customer wants to meet in real life. The sketches need to present an easy going, honest, hands on problem solver. The intent is to introduce 100,000 people to these characters and then as many as possible to the real rep. When the rep shows up, we want the customer to say – hey, that is you.

The campaign will include white board videos, ( example attached), and print media. The print media will take the form of catalogs, post cards, business cards, and other gimmick type giveaways such as coffee cups, key chains, etc.

We are looking for an artist to provide sketches for the campaign kick-off, as well as on going sketches throughout the year for periodic catalogs as we develop the characters.

I have attached pictures of each rep. They are dressed as they would be. If you are interested in working with us on an ongoing basis, could you please submit a sample group sketch as if they were in a lineup clowning around with the person next to them? If your sample looks good, we could take the next step as far as pricing and additional sketches required.
