Need someone to visually improve our environmental training courses

ECATTS has over 350 environmental compliance training courses which are being used by the military. However, commercially our contractor training courses need to be visually improved. The topics are fairly "dry" and we are open to suggestions (illustrations/animation?) Our site is ECATTS.com We can make a sample course available to you and I am looking for a proposal to upgrade one course to start. Overhauling all of the courses is a definite possibility! We are cloud-based so the work can be done anywhere.
