Low Budget semi-realistic comic style characters

Looking for someone who can draw characters directly from detailed references in a semi-realistic comic style. Realistic proportions, facial features are not too important and quite ordinary poses. Only flat colours needed with some shading. No background.

I would need someone who can work fast and to deadlines and is able to record a timelapse/screen recording of their work.

This will be ongoing project, around a year with designs given every month (around 4)
