Looking for someone to create a 'Wheres Wally?' scene for a Christmas card

We're looking for someone to design a 'Wheres Wally?' Christmas scene card for us.
'Wally' will be replaced with our manager Mark and clients can try and find him on the card.
As we work within the agricultural sector, we would like a mixture of farm animals on the card, along with people. The people could be sledging or playing in the snow.
Scene needs to be like a 'Wheres Wally' scene, so lots of things going on and it will need to be difficult to find Mark.
