Illustrator or Designer to create a 'Day in the life' cartoon for a Transformation

Design details: Hello,

I work as part of a communications team on a large transformation programme.

We need to create an attractive communication to support our stakeholders with transitioning to a new IT solution. We have an idea of what the final output should look like e.g. 6 box 'day in the life' cartoon but would appreciate your skills in bringing this to life in a way that will motivate our stakeholders to take note of what is going to happen over Go Live weekend in June.

Can someone please help us to create this piece of work and roughly how long would it take and cost?
