I want a neat looking, hi-res character (drawn, colored, shaded) to be used as a profile avatar (detailed yet easy to recognize/make out when small). The concept is a guy with a baseball cap that says "KEENOK" with bird poop splattered and running down the side, with him looking annoyed (not so angry as example attached).
