I sentimental cartoon/illustration picture drawn for sister's birthday

The picture would be something like swing set with one 5 year old looking girl. Bowl cut hair, brown hair, shoulder length, green eyes, pugish nose, wearing maybe and elvis tshirt, jeans, sneakers looking angryish, you know to say, "fine!! Have it!!". other girl black hair, longish braided pig tails, brown eyes, sucking thumb, looking devilishly innocent. Green lawn, trees, and if possible a yellow school bus parked in the back ground with 102 written by the front door. The bowl cut hair kid has the swing and be swinging it at the thumb sucker. (it will make contact eventually and hit her dead set in the eyes) The bus is not a focal point, but an ode to my Mom. Side view like attached picture.
