I need 12 cartoon drawings for commercial use.

I am looking for someone who is up to make some fairly easy money. I am looking for someone who is able to re-illustrate the character (just an example) attached ever so slightly for commercial use.
The characters should basically look the same, only some slight variations in skin colors and haircut.
For example, the manager attached could get a red tie and a black suit, a more human hair colour and an evenly appropriate, but diffrent hair cut for a Manager.
In total we are talking about 4 characters, each of them shown in 3 different emotions. Dresscode doesn't change per emotion.
There is no need for full body drawing, only the section an shown is sufficient.
