Custom cartoon/happy birthday sign (digital)

I work in HR and one of my employees makes a sign for each person on their birthday (8.5x11) and tapes it up on the front door.

She also decorates the person's desk and sings to them.

So, each year on her birthday, I try to make her a special overt-the-top door sign to recognize the work she does to make everyone else feel special.

I would like a digital design created as a PDF that I could print and hang up on her birthday.

The sign would need to say Happy Birthday, her name, her birthdate, and have a cartoon of her with a Starbucks drink. I would want most of the space filled with birthday things (balloons, etc.)
