Rumi is an Ibizan Hound, or Podenco. He was found in Ibiza.

I am looking for someone to do the initial cartoon of Rescued Rumi – the pooch who has changed my life and is having a big impact on many others. I am looking for a fun, playful cartoon / hand drawn image of him (head shot) to use in a video and for branding.

The video is firstly to celebrate the story of Rumi however the idea is to then use him as the image to raise money from crowdfunding to build a website for Lets with Pets. Let’s with Pets is an initiative helping people with pets to find rented accommodation. We are out to convince landlords that people with pets make great tenants. Too many animals are having to be abandoned by heartbroken owners as they find themselves in difficulty with finding rented accommodation for them and their pets.

The initial logo of Rumi would then be the brand and style of the new website so should we be successful in raising the funds and I am confident we would then we would look for an extension of the cartoon character throughout the website and possibly beyond. Here is a property website that uses a sheep throughout and even though I am not overly keen on the style it shows what is possible to make property entertaining, fun and dare I say it cute.
