Cartoon Hands drawn from pictures of hands

Hi, I'm Deaf and creating a blog. On that blog I want to put Sign Language, Finger Spelling images of the Alphabet. I want the images to be cartoon like.

I have attached a zip file. Inside I have enclosed some of the Finger Spelling images, BSL A, BSL B etc. Inside is also a Cartoon Hands. png which shows examples of what I'm looking form.

I need someone who could draw each BSL letter as a cartoon hand. Each hand would need to be saved as a transparent png file and named the same as the original ie, BSL A.png etc.

Can you help?
