Cartoon for a book cover

I need a colour cartoon for a book cover (21.5cms x 14 cms). The cartoon should feature a (slightly crazy?) man holding a "The end is nigh billboard". On the billboard should be the following text "The end is 1980 1990 2000 2010 2020 soon". The years "1980 1990 2000 2010 2020" should be arranged vertically with each be crossed out indicating that each forecast was wrong.
