Cartoon character concept for comic

The character I need designed is a cartoon turd. Must be funny and lovable (slightly cute, but not overly so), with a face capable of clearly portraying a wide range of slightly exaggerated emotions in a comedic way that are easy to recognize and relate to.

Inspiration: Based on the "California Raisins" but with a slightly longer body, and emotional expressions similar to that of "I Am Weasel", "Sponge Bob" or other ridiculous Cartoon Network-ish characters.

Initial requested drawings of character: 1) Angry, 2) Bashful/shy, 3) Scared.

Please let me know how much you can do this for. I don't have a much of a budget or a clear idea on how I will use this yet. Just trying to do some visual brainstorming at this point.
