An illustration depicting a group of people as animals around a Xmas tree

We want to a piece of art work in the same style to the attached but with 23 animals around the tree and we want the animals to have the faces of 23 people. We will provide photos of all 23 people and want their faces superimposed onto the animals but as drawings, not real life photos. Kind of like caricatures but not quite as full on. We need a first draft by Thursday 5.30PM CET and the finished product by Friday 11.30AM CET.
