7 people together as anime/ dragon ball style characters

I need a designer that can literally turn 7 people into anime characters and put them together into a powerful image.

Example:
1, character may be welding a large spanner as a weapon, brown hair to the side
2, character would be bald with a ginger head
3, character would be more muscly than the others and be the main character, brown spiky hair
4, character would have very light blond hair and be taller than the rest
5, character would have almost bold head at the sides but long black hair across the middle swooping back
6, character would also be quite tall with short blond/ brown hair
7, final character would have short black hair to the side

Please read this carefully and decide if this is possible. There will be other requests for potential weapons or other things to make the characters more noticeable to the person. This is for a very special occasion so needs to be perfect. The image layout could be like the below and if accepted I will send the designer the 7 images of people that need making into anime characters with what weapons or style they want
